📜 Celebrating Freedom Week in 5th Grade! 📜
Our 5th graders are celebrating Freedom Week by taking a trip back in history to learn about the Magna Carta!
Written in 1215, the Magna Carta introduced an important idea that helped shape government for generations: even the king must follow the law! 👑⚖️
Students are making connections between these early ideas and our own U.S. Constitution, while learning more about the rights and freedoms we have today. ❤️🤍💙
We love seeing our BIS Tigers explore history and discover how ideas from hundreds of years ago continue to influence our country today! 🐯🇺🇸
