Congratulations to Lyric Smith, Mrs. Kilpatrick’s Top Tiger for the Month of September! 🌟
Lyric is a kind and thoughtful classmate who comes to class ready to learn and isn’t afraid to ask great questions. But one quality that truly makes Lyric stand out is her responsibility and maturity. 💜
Recently, Lyric arrived at class without her pencil pouch. Instead of ignoring the problem, she immediately let Mrs. Kilpatrick know and was given a temporary pouch for the day. Before leaving, Lyric made sure to return it. The next day, she came back and explained that she had found her pencil pouch—it had accidentally been left in the car. What impressed Mrs. Kilpatrick most was that Lyric took complete responsibility for the situation without placing blame on anyone else. 🌟
Taking ownership of our actions isn’t always easy—at any age! Lyric’s honesty, responsibility, kindness, and willingness to do the right thing are exactly what being a BIS Tiger is all about. 🐯💛
We are so proud of you, Lyric! Keep leading by example and showing that Tiger Pride! 🏆✨
