Introducing your 2026–2027 Benton Middle Softball team.🥎💜💛
Over the last two days, we saw toughness, effort, and a lot of competitiveness. We’re excited about the standard this group is already setting.
A huge thank you to every athlete who came out and competed during tryouts. We’re proud of every girl who stepped on the field these last two days.
Congratulations to these 20 athletes. Now it’s time to get to work!

Plus, we’re going On the Record to discuss the upcoming May 16 vote on Amendment 3 and what a permanent teacher pay raise could mean for Bossier Parish. 🍎
Let's go On the Record with Bossier Schools!
👩🏻⚕️💊 BIS parents, please see the attached letter from Nurse Powell, regarding med pickup.
🥰 Help us celebrate our amazing BIS teachers and staff! 🍎
Teacher Appreciation Week for the 2025–2026 school year is coming up May 11–15, and we need your help to make it extra special!
We’re inviting parents and local businesses to “adopt” a teacher or staff member for just $25. Your generous support will help us recognize the hardworking, dedicated individuals who make a difference in the lives of our students every single day. Every member of our staff plays an important role in making BIS such a special place!
